1 - Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Knot Design. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund.

2 - Returns Process

All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery of your item. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

To return an item please email hello@knotdesign.co.uk to notify us of your desire to return. Returns will not be accepted if we have not been notified in advance.

Please place your item(s) in their original packaging and return to the address below. Returns must be made in person or using a tracked delivery service. Knot Design must be advise of the tracking number as soon as it is available.

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Knot Design has tried to minimise the use of any packaging in our deliveries. If no packaging is left, it is your responsibility to package the item(s) appropriately for their return.

3 - Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has ben processed.

Please note:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned

4 - Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Bespoke commissions

  • Customised orders
